Program Director - Judy Ann McKeever graduated with honors from West Chester University, earning a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. She also obtained a Director's Credential in 2009. Judy loves teaching at Jerusalem because its small size allows for close relationships with the children and families. She has been teaching the Pre-K-1st class since 1986. Judy loves the energy and enthusiasm her preschool students show for learning. Her hobbies include traveling (especially to Hungary) and Hungarian Language Lessons with her son and daughter.
Toddler Teacher - Tanya German has worked at Jerusalem Lutheran Day Care for nine years. She began as an assistant in all of the different classrooms. In 2010, Tanya became the Toddler Teacher. She loves watching football (Go Eagles!), spending time with her son, and shopping. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the smiling children.
Nursery School Aide Kim Ribelin graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Psychology. After graduating Kim moved to Ohio where she started a family and worked as an accounts payable manager. Her husband’s job transferred the family to Pennsylvania where she became a stay-at-home parent. All three of her children attended the Nursery School program where she has many fond memories of this wonderful school. In 2008, when her youngest was in the 4 year old class, the opportunity arose to join the staff as the Treasurer. In 2019 Kim became an aide in the Nursery School classroom. Outside of school, Kim enjoys riding her bike, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Pam Ley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a teaching certification in secondary education from Saint Francis University (Loretto, PA). After teaching in several school districts throughout the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia suburbs, Pam and her husband started a family and she stayed home with their three children. She enjoys art, cooking and music. Pam joined us in 2018 and teaches mornings in the toddler room, assists in the pre-K rooms, and supervises the after-school children. She likes the small family-like setting at our school and enjoys watching the children grow, learn and smile.

Sandi Hoffman works as an assistant in the Toddler and Pre-K classes. Mrs. Hoffman resides in Zieglerville with her husband. She has a son, Chad and a daughter, Kerri. In addition, she has one grandson. She is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Hoffman was previously employed at the Indian Valley YMCA, Perkiomen Valley division, as the Director of the Before and After School program along with the Summer Camp program. Margaret Allison-Taffe has been teaching for about 15 years. She is married and has 3 wonderful daughters, Elyssa, Lillyanne, Emily. In her free time she loves going on walks and different adventures with her family, she also, loves to read. Emily Ingraham assistants in the Toddler and Pre-K classes . She joined our staff in 2021. Miss Emily resides in Schwenksville and is a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. She gained a lot of child care experience while caring for her 3 young nephews. In her spare time, Miss Emily enjoys attending concerts and spending time in nature. We appreciate her kind and loving manner with all of the children at JLDC!
